Galaga Remake
An improved replica of the classic 80s arcade game Galaga built with Python's
pygame library, featuring custom enemies, shooting mechanics, and scoring.
CS student at John Brown University with a passion for building things that live on the internet. Based in Arkansas — originally from Guatemala.
I'm a dedicated Computer Science student at John Brown University, pursuing a B.S. with a Minor in Full-Stack Development. I'm driven by a strong work ethic and a genuine love for technology — always looking for new ways to learn and build.
Originally from Guatemala, I'm bilingual in Spanish and English, and I bring a global perspective to everything I work on. I've served as an interpreter, taught Bible school for children in Guatemala, and coordinated logistics for rural humanitarian programs — experiences that shaped how I communicate and collaborate in diverse teams.
Outside of coursework I enjoy building side projects, exploring new CS concepts, and finding ways technology can solve real-world problems.

A full-featured library system built in Java with MySQL, supporting user authentication (login & sign-up), book management, and database persistence.
A vehicle model using infrared sensors to follow a line and intelligently backtrack at dead ends, built with servo motors, LEDs, and LEGO components.
A cross-platform mobile app for hobbyists and professionals who want full command over their pet tank setups. Monitor live pet activity, remotely adjust temperature, and automate feeding on a custom schedule — all from your phone. Built on a React Native front-end powered by a FastAPI backend and a PostgreSQL database.
A real-time IoT monitoring system built on the MSP430G2 microcontroller that autonomously reacts to rising temperatures — spinning up a DC fan for cooling, triggering a buzzer and flashing LED for critical alerts, and pushing live temperature readings to a smartphone over Bluetooth. A 16×2 LCD displays live status at a glance, no manual checks required.
Enterprise AI agents today operate with dangerously broad permissions — a single compromised or hallucinating agent can silently exfiltrate sensitive data across entire data lakes. This middleware framework enforces Least Privilege for machine identities through role-based access control, eliminating privilege bloat and hardening systems against prompt injection attacks. Filling a gap where no standard tooling currently exists.
